Welcome to Crazy Run Ball 3D, a fun and fast-paced casual game developed and operated by Rachidsoft ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crazy Run Ball 3D mobile application (the “App” or “Game”) and any related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before playing. By downloading, installing, or using Crazy Run Ball 3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Overview of the Game

Crazy Run Ball 3D is a casual run-and-merge game that blends endless runner mechanics with the logic of 2048. Players control a rolling ball that contains a number. When balls with the same number collide, they merge according to the rules of 2048 (e.g., 2 + 2 = 4, 4 + 4 = 8, etc.). Avoiding traps and strategically choosing collision paths is key to achieving high scores. Colliding with mismatched numbers or obstacles may reduce your score or downgrade the ball’s value.

The game is offered as a free-to-play experience and may contain advertisements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if required by local law) to use the App. If you are under the required age, please use the game only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept and be bound by these Terms.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Game only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, and you agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App

Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software

Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

Engage in any behavior that interferes with other users’ experience

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks

Ads

You acknowledge that the Game may also display third-party advertisements, including rewarded ads, which may grant in-game bonuses in exchange for viewing. We make reasonable efforts to ensure ads are appropriate and secure.

Intellectual Property

All content in Crazy Run Ball 3D—including, but not limited to, graphics, gameplay mechanics, text, audio, animations, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Rachidsoft or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Game solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rachidsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Crazy Run Ball 3D at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies, game features, or applicable laws.
